FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Erin Spencer is an award-winning audiobook producer, director, and narrator with a background in film, television, and theater. Her work is defined by creative precision, thoughtful collaboration, and a deep respect for storytelling in all its forms.
At the encouragement of a beloved indie romance author, Erin launched One Night Stand Studios, an audiobook production company that quickly became a leader in the romance genre. After producing thousands of successful titles and building a trusted name in the indie space, she felt the pull to expand her focus and return to her roots—partnering with publishers across every genre.
With that, Bespoke Audioworks was born. Erin set out to build a team of passionate audiobook listeners and creative professionals who treat every title not as a product, but as a performance. She’s known for her sharp instincts, collaborative style, and her ability to bring out the best in both narrators and material. And yes—she still loves a good cocktail party!
Katie Ostrowka

Katie got her start in audiobooks at HarperAudio, where she produced numerous acclaimed titles, including multiple Earphones Award winners and a Grammy-nominated production. With a deep appreciation for stories of all kinds, she’s passionate about producing audiobooks that stay true to the author’s voice and bring their vision to life. Based in Durham, NC, Katie unwinds by gardening, practicing yoga, and watching the wildlife that frequents the lake behind her home.
Rana is a Helen Hayes award-nominated actor, voiceover artist, and sketch comedy wannabe born and raised in the suburbs of NYC. With the personality of a Girl Scout and the wit of a mob boss, she will coordinate the s*** out of any production, both personal and professional. She does crossword puzzles in pen, listens to true crime podcasts (she once wanted to be in the FBI), and is happiest when either hiking in the mountains or swimming in a pool. Rana only has eyes for two dudes: her husband Joel and son Keaton. She also has a size-XL black lab/Great Pyrenees mix who honestly needs to get a job already.

Amir Levi
Amir is a non-binary actor and performance artist who deeply connects with the art of storytelling. As a production coordinator for Bespoke, Amir has refined their skills juggling narrators, studios, editors, and authors' writing schedules - all while petting and kissing very demanding cats. Amir spends free time napping with his cats, taking in live theater, or binge-watching thriller dramas while drinking copious amounts of coffee.

Kyle is an audio engineer with close to a decade of audiobook experience. He has worked on Audie Award winning audiobooks such as The Chestnut Man and Refugee as well Earphone Award winning audiobook We Must Not Think of Ourselves and Audie nominated Grenade. During off hours you can find him…. well you probably can’t find him. He’ll be off in the woods looking for Bigfoot with his wife, dog, and two cats in their RV/mobile command center named Rusty.
Kyle Gaffney
EDITOR
Kyle began his journey as a saxophone player at Berklee College of Music then, after moving to Los Angeles, Kyle started at Interscope, Geffen, and A&M Studios, contributing to projects for artists including Dr. Dre, Rihanna, and Kendrick Lamar. His expertise extended to audiobook production for publishers where he is known for his technical precision, creative adaptability, and supportive energy. Now based on Hawai‘i’s Big Island, Kyle spends more time practicing saxophone and defending the house from “The Great Pig and Cat Confederation” with his senior dog, Dexter.
Austin Haltermann
EDITOR
A lifelong musician turned audio engineer, composer, and SFX artist, Austin has worked on award-winning projects for Simon and Schuster, Disney, Penguin Random House, Adult Swim, and more. Taking a thoughtful and borderline-obsessive approach to each project, Austin keeps the finished product and consumer experience in mind with every decision. In his spare time, he can be found playing in bands, traveling with his wife and dog, or hiking around his beautiful Southern Oregon home.

STUDIO MANAGER
Derby oversees naps and cleaning up after snack and lunch breaks. With her oversized ears she was made for the audiobook business and alerts us when leaf blowers and garbage trucks are in the vicinity.
